Joya Zhao is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience founding and scaling businesses globally. She is instrumental and adept in growing businesses from S$100Mn and beyond.

In 2016, she founded Yhoo Holdings, a 1,000-bed aged care provider which is a unicorn (valued at over S$1Bn). Previously, she co-founded ICars Club, Asia’s leading second-hand car marketplace, driving revenue growth from 200% as CFO and Market Director.

She also scaled various funds such as China-listed Haitong Securities, prominent universities and government agencies, helping them to achieve significant growth in revenue and market share.

With deep expertise in corporate real estate and a strong entrepreneurial track record, Joya combines strategic vision and operational excellence to deliver exceptional results. She holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Tsinghua University and an EMBA from Jiaotong University.

Sasha Bao is a strategy and M&A professional with over a decade of experience in technology strategy, venture capital, and private equity. At NCS Singapore, she led ~S$600 million in acquisitions, including Australia’s 2nd and 3rd largest IT firms. Previously, as Director at PIF Capital, she managed 20 advisory and IPO projects worth a combined S$2 billion in market capitalization.

In 2019, Sasha founded her own consulting firm, advising clients like CITIC Capital, Singapore mainboard-listed SMI Vantage, and Singapore family offices. A dedicated mentor to multiple start-ups, she fosters partnerships with organizations like Straits Times and A*Star, while serving as a judge for competitions such as SheDisrupts, MassChallenge and Expara Virtech Accelerator.

With deep experience in resource matching and M&A, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a specialization in Marketing from National University of Singapore.

Remy Tan is a chartered accountant and accredited tax practitioner with over 10 years of experience in accounting, corporate recovery, and advisory across industries and jurisdictions, including China. He specializes in compliance with Singapore regulations, corporate governance, and financial reporting, and has engaged with regulatory bodies such as ACRA and SGX.

As Executive Director of a Korean family office and advisor to multiple family offices globally, Remy supports corporate finance, fund structuring, and compliance matters, including MAS applications for capital market entities. He has also served as a director for SPVs linked to public companies and private equity funds.
​
Remy’s expertise spans fund management, internal audits for entities with over S$1 billion AUM, and partnerships with corporate service providers. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University and a Graduate Diploma in Systems Analysis from NUS.
